1、测量放样:由测量组进行放线,每50m米依据中心位置、地面高程、横断面尺寸放样两侧边线及中线,用白灰撒出褥垫层铺垫的范围。

2、摊铺整平第一层碎石垫层:卸料之前要计算每一车碎石的方量,然后用白灰线打出方格网,由专人指挥卸料,使每车对应一个方格。填料摊铺平整使用装载机进行初平,要保证每一车料及时摊平,再用平地机进行终平,摊铺厚度采用水准仪控制,虚铺厚度为24-25cm。保证摊铺面在纵向和横向平顺均匀。

3、碾压夯实:根据分层作业要求,选择压路机进行碾压,确保压实达到设计的要求。压实顺序应按先两侧后中间,先慢后快,先静压后弱振、再强振的 *** 作程序进行碾压。采用半轮碾压法,压路机速度不超过4km/h,一般情况下碾压6遍应可满足要求。

褥垫层施工注意事项
