摘 要：随着现在计算机技术的不断发展和完善，以及现代经济的飞速发展，传统的管理技术不再满足企业的需要，越来越多的企业注重计算机信息管理系统。人事信息管理系统就是典型的计算机管理系统之一，企业借助于它进行人力资源管理可以做到事半功倍。
企业人事管理系统的开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和代码的实现，此系统使用目前较流行的JAVA语言编写，使用eclipse作为开发工具，Tomcat作为服务器，最后数据库使用的MySQL。本文分析了人事管理系统的组成以及一些基本功能模块，包括系统流程分析和系统的数据库设计分析，并且对系统的用户界面开发和各个子系统开发做了详细的介绍。
该系统适用于中小型企业的人事信息管理，它 *** 作简单、界面简洁友好、可靠性高，基本可以满足企业人事信息管理的需要，实现了企业员工信息的整体化，系统化，规范化。

Design of Enterprise Personnel Management System Based on SSM
Abstract: with the continuous development and improvement of computer technology, and the rapid development of modern economy, traditional management technology no longer meet the needs of enterprises, more and more enterprises pay attention to computer information management system. Personnel information management system is one of the typical computer management systems, enterprises with the help of its human resource management can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
The development of enterprise personnel management system mainly includes the establishment of background database and the implementation of code. This system is written in the current popular JAVA language, using eclipse as a development tool, Tomcat as aserver, and MySQL as the final database. This paper analyzes the composition of the personnel management system and some basic functional modules, including system process analysis and system database design analysis, and the system’s user interface development and development of each subsystem to do a detailed introduction.
This system is suitable for the personnel information management of small and medium-sized enterprises, its operation is simple, the interface is simple and friendly, high reliability, can basically meet the needs of enterprise personnel information management, to achieve the enterprise staff information integration, systematization, standardization.
