半导体的FLOW、capability、WPH、MPS和STEP各代表什么意思啊

flow应该是流程的意思；

capability是能力，能量，容量，有performance的意思，或者是performance里面最重要的一环；

WPH是 wafer per hour，是每小时的出片量，是throughput的一个衡量指标，说白了就是产量；

MPS好像有很多同样的缩写，不好讲，有可能是“Mass Production Schedule”

STEP就是Flow里面的每一步骤了。

简单的很，进fab待几天就都知道了。
