ASTM E505气孔大小是多少？

现在的国标GB/T 15114-2009 《铝合金压铸件》已经明文规定内部质量不作为作为铸件报废的依据了，但有个前提的要求就是“满足铸件的使用要求”，特殊适用场合可以另行规定或与客户约定，还可以通过浸渗、修补等手段补救。

螺纹M5*0.8中，5代表螺纹的大径，一般用 d（D）表示，0.8则代表螺纹的螺距，一般用t表示。

螺纹的小径=d（D）-1.0824 t

对于螺纹M5*0.8，小径=5-1.0824×0.8=4.13408

普通螺纹的尺寸标注

普通螺纹的牙型代号为M，有粗牙和细牙之分，粗牙螺纹的螺距可省略不注；中径和顶径的公差带代号相同时，只标注一次；右旋螺纹可不注旋向代号，左旋螺纹旋向代号为LH；旋合长度为中型(N)时不注，长型用L表示，短型用S表示。

管螺纹的尺寸标注

管螺纹分为用螺纹密封管螺纹和非螺纹密封管螺纹。管螺纹的尺寸引线必须指向大径，其标记组成如下： 　

密封管螺纹代号：特征代号 尺寸代号 - 旋向代号 　非密封管螺纹代号：特征代号 尺寸代号 公差等级代号 － 旋向代号 　需要注意的是，管螺纹的尺寸代号并不是指螺纹的大径，其参数可由相关手册中查出。
